Pen Town Blues U-10s reach Cup Final 22nd April '08
 After being 0 - 1 down, the Blues fought back to win 2 - 1 in a thrilling game at Vernon's. In a very open game, in which both teams created many chances, it was the Blues who finished the stronger and got the crucial goal with about 4 minutes remaining. Joe Porter scored the first goal late in the first half to bring Town back into the game. Adam Burns then got the all-important winner with just minutes left on the clock. The Blues have now secured a place in the final of the League Cup against Burscough. The final will be held on the Police HQ Sports Field, Hutton, on the Sunday 11th May at 4pm. Well done to all the players.
